Shopping

In order to purchase a Bianca Popp item you don’t need to create an account, just fill in your delivery and contact information.
However, creating an account will give you exclusive access to updates about the brand, collections and products.



How to shop

  •  Select the Shop section on the website

  • Enter the product page

  • Select your size

  • Click Add to Cart

  • To proceed to Checkout, click the cart on the upper right part

  • Click checkout then fill in your details on the dedicated page and place the order


Payment methods

For your convenience we accept three payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Paypal

  • Credit card

 

Tax information

Shopping on biancapopp.com is reserved for end customers so our prices include VAT.
For each order, we will issue an invoice which will be sent as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail and along with your parcel.
Please note: once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.

Shipping

  • Your parcels will be shipped with FAN Courier for Romanian orders and with DHL for international deliveries.

  • For articles that are in stock you can expect your order to arrive within 3 working days.

  • Please note that not all articles are in stock. This is why it may take up to 14 working days for us to create and dispatch your order.

 

Returns

To claim your return or product exchange, please notify us on sales@biancapopp.com, and make sure to specify your reason for return. We appreciate a lot letting us know what didn’t work for you.

After notifying us by email, please fill in the form found in the package containing your order, and send us within 14 calendar days the products you want to return, to the following address:

The Charge: The return shipping fees are to be handled by you, dear brainer, wherever you may be. Please keep the proof of delivery for the returned items until the return process is over.

Any product ordered from biancapopp.com can be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase, and we will send you the refund by bank transfer in 14 calendar days from receiving your package at our showroom address.

For us to be able to accept your return and proceed to refunding your money, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

  • the products must be in their original packaging and must include the original label

  • the products must not be damaged or have tracks of being worn or washed

  • the package must be sent to us within 14 days from the day you have received your order
