Returns
To claim your return or product exchange, please notify us on salesl@biancapopp.com, and make sure to specify your reason for return. We appreciate a lot letting us know what didn’t work for you.
In the email please give us the bank information needed to transfer you back the money, which are the IBAN and the name on the bank account to which the payment is to be made.
And then send us the products you want to return within 14 calendar days, to the following address:

The Timeline: 14 calendar days, starting from the day you have received your order
The Charge: The return shipping fees are to be handled by you, dear brainer, wherever you may be. Please keep the proof of delivery for the returned items until the return process is over.
Any product ordered from biancapopp.com can be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase, and we will send you the refund by bank transfer in 14 calendar days from receiving your package at our showroom address.
For us to be able to accept your return and proceed to refunding your money, the following conditions must be fulfilled:
the products must be in their original packaging and must include the original label
the products must not be damaged or have tracks of being worn or washed
the package must be sent to us within 14 days from the day you have received your order
