  1. Get a flexible measuring tape. These are often sold in craft stores

  3. Waist:
    • Measure your waist just above your belly button. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your waist.
    Hips:
    • Wrap tape measure around the widest part of your hips. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your hips.

Returns 

To claim your return or product exchange, please notify us on salesl@biancapopp.com, and make sure to specify your reason for return. We appreciate a lot letting us know what didn’t work for you.

In the email please give us the bank information needed to transfer you back the money, which are the IBAN and the name on the bank account to which the payment is to be made.

And then send us the products you want to return within 14 calendar days, to the following address:
